Sometimes the smartest move isn’t writing a check for a brand-new truck—it’s taking a solid rig with low miles and putting it back to work.

That was the play with Barker’s former brush truck. With plenty of life left in it, it made way more sense to repurpose the chassis for EMS, fire police, and general service calls rather than let it go. We got it in the shop, did our thing, and completely overhauled the lighting and siren package from the ground up. Now it’s modernized, fully visible, and ready for another long stretch of duty.

This F-250 came in for a solid side-profile upgrade, ditching the four individual surface mounts in favor of a set of SLRunners. Not only does it deliver a way cleaner, OEM-style fit against the body, but the light output and intersection coverage are on a completely different level.

Keeping your fleet rolling is what we do.
When this ambulance dropped a battery, we jumped right on it. We picked the rig up at 10:00 PM, had the issue diagnosed that night, and parts lined up first thing. Once the new battery arrived, we swapped it, tested the charging system, cleared the codes, and even gave it a much-needed wash before sending it out—back in service by noon the next day.
In this line of work, downtime isn't an option. You need your fleet at 100%, and that’s exactly why we built our fleet maintenance program and mobile service van—to keep apparatus where it belongs: on the road.

Another one that was delivered this week. It's a work in progress but we ditching all the Feniex and going straight Soundoff. Phase two is coming but for now, 8 Mpowers, 2 6 inch Mpowers on a custom back rack and all tied together into a 500 series 200 watt bluePRINT siren. Not a bad start to the perfect build.

There's a lot that went into this build. 4 Soundoff Mpower Traffic controllers, 14 Mpowers, 2 SLRunners, 1 NXT (tinted), 2 Nodes and all controlled by a 200 watt 500 series bluePRINT controller. This unit is ready for whatever comes it's way!

Even a budget build doesn't need to feel or look like a budget build. Here's Lawtons 7. Their newest piece of apparatus. Full @soundoffsignal bluePRINT build including bluePRINT Link system which allows the system to read what the truck is doing. NXT tinted dual color lightbar, Soundoff headlight flasher and a few Mpowers sprinkled in to complete this build. With a few tricks, we even bluePRINT'ed the trail lights. Another one rolling out of shop, onto the streets. These F150s are coming out so clean. I couldn't be happier with the turn around. Full #soundoffsignal blueprint builds with 200 watt sirens in a hand held controller makes everything neat and clean, yet performs like no other.

Thank you Union Fire Company for your business and in trusting us with your new unit. And it's quite the unit. Upfitting it with @soundoffsignal 6 inch modules with custom shroud, @motorolasolutions radio and topping it off with @signmaticsystems graphics, this unit is ready for the trails! And being a @polarisorv , it'll give Union many years of service.

After replacing a bad light, we played around with programming, adjusted the wifi and cleaned it up to get out back in service. But we couldn't let it go with out a video...
